Marion Muzac Le Petit B

Season 23 24
Show
Marion Muzac - Le Petit B
This family-oriented show returns at the CND for a second edition. To compensate for a lack of sensory experience affecting young children in the last two years, Marion Muzac creates a show where all their senses take center stage over an entrancing soundscape.

A commissioned piece for very young children, Le Petit B is performed in front of a limited number of very young audience members who can choose to enter, play in the space or walk away from it. Marion Muzac offers them a genuine experience of feeling. Along with visual artist Émilie Faïf, the choreographer has conceived a changeable space, made from materials, shapes and sounds where dancers play off of the set’s proportions. Immersed in the landscape, the dancers alter the set design with each and every movement. They make it move with gentle gestures almost as if by magic. In Le Petit B, children can see, feel, touch and experience a sensory adventure to the energetic Ravel bolero, performed ad hoc by the musicians Johanna Luz and Vincent Barrau.
