The trilogy OCD Love, Love Chapter2 and Chapter 3: The Brutal Journey of the Heart from L-E-V, the dance company of choreographer Sharon Eyal and her partner Gai Behar came as a resounding choreographic bombshell that is still widely remembered. Virtuosic dance filled with desire. The new opus Into the Hairy will likely follow suit. The piece, a collaborative work with musician and London-based producer Koreless (Lewis Roberts), should showcase Sharon Eyal’s trademark style, borrowing from both classical and club culture to craft a contemporary gestural movement of unique visual power. The duo, now based in Europe, is once again intent on defying choreographic conventions. “I don’t want to see the choreography, I want to see magic, and I want people to feel what I want to give them,” said Sharon Eyal.  Once again, Into The Hairy should demonstrate its hypnotic power.
