Compagnie AΦE / Esteban Lecoq et Aoi Nakamura
0AR
A digital experience by Compagnie AΦE, which, after the success of WHIST last season, continues its exploration of augmented reality.
At the origin, there is zero degrees, a duo of high artistic intensity born in 2015 from the meeting of choreographers Akram Khan and Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, in complicity with sculptor Antony Gormley and composer Nitin Sawhney. Their joint exploration of the famous point of passage – between life and death, between chaos and order, between light and shadow – inspired the company AΦE, after the remarkable WHIST, an interactive journey to the very heart of the creation laboratory. Thanks to short sequences filmed in augmented reality, the audience shares in the live performance of the two artists. Each one, equipped with a connected tablet and headphones, has the possibility of interacting directly with the piece as they move around. And to make this unique experience a new collective work.
