At the theater’s box office. Monday to Friday, 11 am to 6 pm (groups only on appointment)
Saturdays from 2:30 pm to 6 pm (except for groups and Liberté passes)

At Chaillot : directly at the ticket counter on performance nights 1 hour before curtain time

Payment methods

Cheques, cash (300 € maximum), credit cards (except American Express), vouchers and Chaillot gift cards.
Visit our website for payment methods for groups.
Tickets are neither refunded or exchanged.
Performances start promptly on time. Seating is not guaranteed after the show’s scheduled time and latecomers may not be allowed in the house.

Give gift cards starting at 10 € or Liberté passes. They are valid for a Season.

Proof documents for discount tickets

Proof documents are required for all discounted tickets. Proof documents must be presented or downloaded when purchasing tickets. Otherwise, an extra fee will be charged.

Getting your tickets

You can choose to receive your e-ticket by email, mail within 5 days, or pick it up at the box office (except for off-site shows)

Important note

  • Presentation of proof is required to get your tickets. An extra fee will be otherwise charged.
  • The theater is not liable for any loss or theft of tickets and gift certificates sent by the postal service.
  • Ticket copies must be picked up by the ticket holder only at the box office, before the performance and upon presentation of ID.
  • Your seat in the house is the same whichever booking method you choose.

Cancelation and reimbursement

Should the theater’s management cancel a show or an event for technical, artistic or safety reasons, or due to a strike, audience members will be systematically notified of all relevant reimbursement options by email, text or phone.
Audience members must submit a reimbursement request through the online form.
Original tickets must be returned in order to be reimbursed. The refunds will be made only in the order payer’s name.
All refunds will be made by bank transfer. Thus, bank details must be attached to the reimbursement request.
