Emanuel Gat returns with a dance musical, a contemporary ode to sound and 1980s vibes.

The Chaillot audience is well acquainted with the musicality in Emanuel Gat’s work.  From Bach to Boulez, from Awir Leon to his own compositions, the choreographer likes to surprise audiences. He will again, this time around, with LOVETRAIN2020, a musical for our times featuring 14 dancers, a plethora of hits from the British duo Tears for Fears and Gat’s signature movement language: sharp-edged, large-minded and inventive. “LOVETRAIN2020 unfolds in that space full of reference, counterpoints and endless possibilities where movement and sound interact”, Emanuel Gat explains. A choreography of emotions and passions, LOVETRAIN2020 is set to bring its share of good vibes. With this choreographic and utopian ode, Emanuel Gat expands his creative horizons even further.
